30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for European Union Orders
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to complete the transaction.
