At Nexxtmart LLC, we offer certain items as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.


1. Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.
  • Your payment details will be securely stored and charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You can cancel at any time if you do not want to renew.
  • To cancel or modify your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription.

2. Pre-Orders

  • When purchasing a pre-order, you are buying an item that is either out of stock or soon to be available.
  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance when the item is ready for shipment.
  • You can cancel a pre-order that is partially paid and not yet fulfilled.
  • If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund under our Returns Policy.
