  • Orders are categorized into frozen/fresh items and dry items, each with its own processing and shipping schedule.

2. Shipping – Orders Including Frozen or Fresh Items

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within a maximum of three business days from the order date.

Shipping Schedule

  • Monday to Wednesday Orders: Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday (before 3:00 PM) are processed and handed to courier partners within one business day.
  • Wednesday After 3:00 PM to Sunday Orders: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Wednesday through Sunday are processed the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding holidays).

Packaging

  • Frozen goods are shipped in insulated bags or boxes with ice packs to maintain their frozen state.
  • The insulation ensures that frozen items remain cold for up to 76 hours to preserve quality.

Shipping Schedule for Frozen Items

  • Monday to Wednesday Orders: Frozen items will be shipped within 24 hours if the order is placed between Monday and Wednesday.
  • Thursday to Sunday Orders: Frozen items ordered between Thursday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday to ensure quality and avoid weekend shipping delays.

3. Shipping – Orders Including Only Dry Items

Processing Time

  • Dry item orders are processed within a maximum of three business days from the order date.

Shipping Schedule

  • Non-frozen orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day.

4. Additional Information

Undeliverable Packages or Failed Deliveries

  • If a package is undeliverable or returned by the shipping carrier, it will be sent back to the Nexxtmart warehouse.
  • Once received, a refund will be issued for the items purchased, excluding the shipping fee.
  • Customers who still wish to receive their items must place a new order.
