Beef Masala

A warm masala blend for beef. Cumin, coriander and warming spices, built for curries and slow-cooked meat rather than West African red stew.

How to use it

1. Rub into the beef and leave for at least an hour. Overnight is better.
2. Bloom it in hot oil for thirty seconds before adding onions. This is what wakes a masala up.
3. Add the meat, then tomato and stock, and cook down slowly.

Also good in

Beef curry, kebabs, mince, roast joints and slow-cooked shin or oxtail.
