A dry rub for wings. Tangy, peppery and hot, without the mess of a wet buffalo sauce.

How to use it

1. Pat the wings properly dry. Wet skin will not crisp.
2. Toss with a little oil, then coat generously.
3. Bake, air fry or deep fry until crisp.
4. Dust again as they come out. The second coat is what makes them taste like wings from a bar rather than wings from a kitchen.

Also good on

Chicken thighs, fried chicken, potato wedges, popcorn and roast cauliflower.
