Malted milk drink powder, 450g. The tin that came out when somebody had been ill, or was not eating, or was studying too hard and skipping meals.

How to make it

1. Four to five heaped teaspoons in a mug.
2. Add a splash of warm water and stir to a paste first.
3. Top up with hot or cold milk, or water, and stir well.

Also good stirred into pap, porridge or custard.
