How to make it

1. Two to three heaped teaspoons in a mug.
2. Add a small amount of hot water first and stir to a smooth paste. This is what stops the lumps.
3. Top up with hot water or hot milk and stir.
4. Cold with evaporated milk over ice is also correct, whatever anybody tells you.
