How to use it

• Grilled or fried fish. Rub with a little oil, coat, and rest for twenty minutes before cooking.
• Fish stew and pepper soup. Add with the stock.
• Prawns and seafood. Toss through just before they hit the heat.

Good on tilapia, croaker, catfish, mackerel, snapper and salmon.
