The blend for Nigerian fried rice, which is a different dish from Chinese fried rice and should not be seasoned like one.

How to use it

1. Cook the rice in seasoned stock first with a tablespoon of this blend and a little curry. That is where the colour and flavour come from, not from the frying.
2. Spread the cooked rice out and let it cool and dry.
3. Stir-fry your carrots, peas, green beans, liver and shrimp separately.
4. Fold everything together over high heat, adding a final pinch of seasoning.
