Gino Party Jollof Mix

Tomato base and jollof seasoning in one sachet. Built for the version of jollof that gets made in a very large pot for a very large number of people.

How to use it

1. Fry the sachet contents in hot oil for a few minutes until it darkens and the oil separates.
2. Add your blended pepper, onion and stock.
3. Add parboiled rice and cook covered on low heat.
4. Do not open the pot to stir every five minutes. Leave it. The bottom layer catching slightly is party jollof, not a mistake.
