Gino Tomato Paste

How to use it

1. Blend and boil down your fresh tomatoes and pepper first.
2. Fry the paste in hot oil for three to five minutes until it goes from bright red to deep brick and the oil separates.
3. Then add your pepper base, stock and seasoning.
