How to use it

1. Make your roux first, flour and oil cooked slowly to the colour of dark chocolate.
2. Add onion, celery and green pepper.
3. Stir in the seasoning and let it bloom before the stock goes in.
4. Add okra, prawns, chicken or sausage and simmer.
