How to use it

1. Mix it into the mince rather than sprinkling it on the outside. A tablespoon per pound.
2. Handle the meat as little as possible and shape loosely.
3. Season the outside lightly just before it hits the pan.

Also good in meatballs, meat pie filling, mince stew and shepherd\u2019s pie.
