Jollof Rice Seasoning

A blend built specifically for jollof, so you are not reaching for six different jars every time.

How to use it

1. Fry your tomato paste in hot oil until it darkens and the oil separates.
2. Add blended pepper and onion, cook down until thick.
3. Add stock and a heaped tablespoon of jollof seasoning per two cups of rice.
4. Add parboiled rice, cover, and cook on low heat without stirring.
5. Leave the pot alone. The slightly caught bottom layer is the best part.

Also good in

Fried rice, party rice, coconut rice and rice and stew.
