Roughly how to use it

1. Heat palm oil, fry your blended pepper and onion down.
2. Add stock, meat and the dried fish.
3. Mix the egusi with a little water into a stiff paste and drop it in as lumps.
4. Do not stir for ten minutes. This is the part everybody gets wrong.
5. Season, add your greens, simmer briefly.
6. Make the eba or poundo, and serve.
