How to use it

1. Boil down your blended fresh tomato and pepper to lose the water.
2. Fry the paste in hot oil for three to five minutes until it darkens and the oil separates.
3. Add the pepper base, stock and seasoning.
4. Then the parboiled rice, covered, on low heat.
